Life Coaching Terms and Conditions

 

The terms and conditions below apply to all coaching and program services provided by Denise Flippen (creator of FlippenFaith Services) to all participants.

The term ‘coaching’ as here used covers faith-based services including, life coaching, spiritual guidance, personal development, trauma recovery, and career coaching for all participants, this includes the online programs available at www.FlippenFaith.Service.

​

In the spirit of good practice, when you are purchasing a Faithcare Program or Coaching Services from FlippenFaith Services, I ask you to confirm that you have read, agree and consent to each statement below.

​

All Faithcare Programs, Coaching Services and communication, email or otherwise, delivered by FlippenFaith Service, as well as information on www.FlippenFaith.Services are meant to help participants work through past experiences that has served as a barrier to reaching their desires lifestyle. These services shed light on situations and circumstances from a variety of perspective to assist each participant in navigating life’s hardships with clear intentions rather than emotionally. During our time together we will explore past trauma in an effort to gain understanding and acceptance. We will also explore different techniques and tools that will equip you in navigating diverse situations. There will be activities and exercises for practical purposes, preparing you in overcoming our own personal limitations that hinder your forward motion. The goal is to produce a life of Love, Joy, Peace and Prosperity.

(Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care.)

Denise Flippen have meticulously crafted and updated FlippenFaith Services to assist a variety of individual’s in maximizing their spiritual, personal and professional needs. Providing quality service is essential to serving all participants; therefore, honest and transparent feedback is most appreciated.

Coaching Disclaimer

​

In committing to Faithcare Services with FlippenFaith Services, you acknowledge the following:

​

• You understand that the Faithcare Programs and Coaching Session that you will be receiving from your Coach are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions. You also understand that your Coach is not acting as a mental health counselor or a medical professional.

​

• For legal purposes, you understand that coaching is currently an unregulated industry and that your Coach is not “licensed“by any US body even though the sessions may take place in the US and abroad.

​

• You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your well-being during your program and/or coaching sessions subsequently, including your choices and decisions.

​

• You understand that coaching is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and you will not use it in place of any form of therapy but may use in addition to.

​

• You understand that all comments and ideas offered by your Coach are solely for the purpose of assisting you in achieving the defined goals created during consultations. You are of sound mind and have the ability to give your informed consent, and hereby give such consent for your Coach to assist you in achieving set goals.

​

• You understand that results are not guaranteed. However, to maximize the effects of the services, you have to participate with honesty and transparency.

​

• You understand that our work together involves spiritual guidance, personal development, and career advancement; however, your Coach is not promising outcomes including but not limited to trauma recovery, personal introspection, increased personal happiness, career progression, and profitable business success.

 

Data Protection

You understand that your Coach will protect your information as confidential unless you state otherwise in writing. This includes journaling on www.FlippenFaith.Services that is submitted during Faithcare Program assignments. If you report child abuse, elder abuse or neglect or threaten to harm yourself or someone else, you understand that necessary actions may be taken, and your confidentiality agreement may be limited in this capacity. Furthermore, if your Coach is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, they will do so to the extent the law requires.

 

Data Security

Email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, we request that you do not send private information to us by email. However, doing so is allowed, but at your own risk. Some of the information you may enter on our Web site may be transmitted securely via a secure medium known as Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL. Credit Card information is never transmitted via email.

 

You understand that the use of technology is not always secure, and you accept the risk of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Skype and other technology.

 

 

Waiver

You hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge FlippenFaith Services, your Coach, and any representative from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages you may claim to have or that may have arisen out of acts or omissions by yourself or by your Coach or otherwise as a result of the advice given by your Coach or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement.

You further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to you in binding to this agreement.

 

Terms & Conditions Booking and Payments and Cancellations

All FaithCare Programs and Coaching Sessions will be booked directly on www.FlippenFaith Services.com and will be paid at the time of the booking. Participants can book up to 3 months in advance. For all Coaching Sessions, Denise Flippen will recommend the frequency of coaching sessions based on a professional assessment of the participant’s requirements. This recommendation, or plan, is not binding and may be altered and adjusted throughout the coaching journey by mutual agreement, in accordance with the terms set out in this agreement.

Where no specific number of sessions is agreed upon, sessions will be provided on a session-by-session basis, as the client deems necessary and schedule.

 

In return for the fees payable by the participant (or by a third party on their behalf), Denise Flippen agrees to provide the services as described in the service description and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth.

​

The date that the first coaching session takes place shall be deemed the start date for the services. Where any participant is unhappy with any of the terms and conditions, they can contact Denise Flippen directly to discuss any concerns in an attempt to resolve said concerns before the first coaching session. Participation by any individual in the first coaching session constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

Format of Sessions

Sessions are conducted either by phone, Zoom, or WhatsApp. It is not a requirement to have your camera on during these sessions. In all cases the participant is responsible for calling the coach (except Zoom). All participants booking with Zoom will receive a access code to enter chats via email 24-hours in advance. The coach is open to other forms of communication by mutual agreement. Denise Flippen is responsible for ensuring that she is available for sessions at agreed times.
The length of each session is set by the participant at the time of booking and paid for accordingly at the time of booking. Sessions may over-run by mutual agreement and paid for retrospectively, but only if the coach has no commitments immediately following the session.

 

Session Fees

Denise Flippen current fees are stipulated on the website and made clear at the time of booking. She reserves the right to change these from time to time. Any payments for sessions paid in advance are honored even if prices have risen between the point of booking and the time of session.

 

Dates and Times of Sessions[o1] 

The date and time of the first session and any subsequent session[o2] s will be registered and maintained at www.FlippenFaith.Services. Denise Flippen agrees to maintain her availability to match the days and hours presented by her calendar on www.FlippenFaith.Services, and to honor the sessions booked online.

 

Payment Terms

All fees must be paid online by debit or credit card, or by PayPal, via our secured payment system at the time of booking. Confirmations are sent once booking is confirmed by the email submitted at the time of the booking. Receipts and/or invoices are available, and where receipts are requested by the participant, they will be sent via e-mail.

All Coaching Session payments are non-refundable unless booking is cancelled 48-hours in advance, where rescheduling is authorized. The single purchase of a Faithcare Programs is non-refundable. Participants will have full access to the program and all included services for the duration of the program. Payment plan packages are also non-refundable; however, cancelling is available via www.FlippenFaith.Service. Once cancellation is received, future payments will cease and access to all program services will cease as well.

 

Between Sessions

Denise Flippen may assign participants tasks or exercises to complete between coaching sessions. There is no obligation on the participant to complete these items of ‘homework’, but not doing so may slow the participant’s progress in gaining improved quality of life or achieving desired spiritual, personal, and/or business outcomes.

The participant may contact Denise Flippen by phone (preferable text) or e-mail between sessions to seek clarification regarding anything arising from a coaching session or for administrative purposes (e.g. where a client needs to rearrange a coaching session or make a payment). Additional coaching can also be provided between sessions but there will be an additional charge for this. Denise Flippen will always advise a participant in advance if the nature of a participant’s contact is likely to incur an additional charge and no such charges will be imposed without the participant’s agreement.

 

Rearranging Sessions

If a participant needs to rearrange a coaching session, they should provide at least 48- hours’ notice. No refunds will be given to participants for unused coaching sessions unless a 48-hour notice has been given. In exceptional circumstances Denise Flippen may need to rearrange a coaching session. In those instances, she will also give the participants a 48-hour notice where practical.

Where a participant pays for a session or sessions in advance, they must have the coaching session(s) that they have paid for within 6 months of the payment, or their fee is forfeited.

 

Confidentiality

Personal information or business information supplied by participants during Faithcare Programs and Coaching Sessions will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant’s prior permission, except whereas required by law or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to the participant or someone else.

 

Early Termination

In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or unavailability due to bereavement or other commitments, inappropriate behavior by the participant, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons, Denise Flippen can decide to terminate the services to the participant early. In such a circumstance the participant will be given reasonable notice of termination by Denise Flippen where practicable and the participant will be refunded any advance payments made for Coaching Sessions not yet provided.

 

Responsibilities

Denise Flippen will seek additional resources to enable participants to improve the quality of their spiritual and personal life or increase their level of business success and to achieve their desired outcomes. Remarkable results can be achieved where participants follow a clear plan in a committed way. However, the participant has sole responsibility for making important decisions in their life and/or business. Denise Flippen has no liability for any loss incurred by any participant, whether financial or otherwise, following commencement of Faithcare Programs or Coaching Sessions, or for any perceived failure by the participant, whether justified or otherwise, to achieve a material improvement in spiritual growth, trauma recovery, quality of life, career advancement or business development or to achieve their life’s desired.

 

Variation of Terms & Conditions

Where an initial number of sessions is agreed and discount packaged were received, any changes to these terms and conditions intended to take effect prior to the conclusion of those initial number of sessions will only have effect if agreed upon by both Denise Flippen and the participant and confirmed by Denise Flippen in writing via email or letter. In other cases, Denise Flippen may change any of these terms and conditions from a package deal to pay-per session fee by giving the participant a one week’s notice in writing via e-mail or letter of the change(s). If following receipt of such notification of change, the client no longer wishes to proceed with further Coaching Sessions, they may withdraw from the service immediately by giving notice in writing via email or letter and they will then be entitled to a full refund minus services provided, of any fees paid in advance for Coaching Sessions not yet provided. Such notice will be effective on receipt by Denise Flippen.

 

Governing Law

This contract is governed by the law of the US whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute, disagreement, proceedings or legal claim of any nature relating to the service provided or the contract.
